Besides the dining corner there is access to the one of the two balconies. This balcony offers morning sun, or evening shade when the southern balcony is to hot during the day. The living area is composed of a lounge, television and a closet bed. Between the dining and the living area there is a curtain, which – in combination with the closetbed, transforms part of the living area into a bedroom.
