The top floor, the largest terrace, the last light of the evening – fully renovated, with a 30 m² west-facing terrace; the sunset is all yours. Sale as a second home and to foreign nationals is possible

The Nadelhorn – 4,327 metres, one of the defining summits of the Valais Saas Valley – is the most exclusive apartment in Haus Bethania: second floor, west-facing, 30 m² terrace, the highest price in the building. Fully renovated with contemporary fittings.

Entering the Nadelhorn, you are welcomed by a living space that, thanks to the top-floor position on the second floor, has a breadth that is unique in all of Bethania. The light enters unobstructed from the west. Kitchen, dining and living zone form an open whole.

The 30 m² west-facing terrace sits above the rooftops and treetops – open to the west, the sun until the very last moment of the day. Room for a proper outdoor living space: table for six, sun loungers, everything that makes an evening outside perfect.

Private cellar, parking, co-working and laundry room included as a matter of course. Sauna, rest room and multipurpose room on the lower ground floor.

Management & Returns

As an owner at Moosalp Resort, you benefit from a fully professional management system – without lifting a finger yourself. Sophia and Gregor, the resort team based on-site at the Bürchnerhof, handle everything: marketing, booking management, guest reception, cleaning between stays, ongoing maintenance and guest services. No coordinating, no organising, no effort on your part.

You use your apartment for up to 8 weeks per year – including high-season weeks, which you reserve in advance. In your absence, your property works for you. Through the Adiutor platform, you have real-time access to your rental income at any moment – transparent, up to date and transferred directly to your account. The annual net return is approximately 1–3% of the purchase price depending on apartment type, with an optional rental guarantee of 3%. The interior fit-out can be arranged individually in consultation with the developer – with more flexibility than you might expect.

In short: you own a fully managed holiday apartment in the Swiss Alps – and the only thing you need to decide is when you arrive.
