We are proud to announce that we are the selling agent of this unique chalet in the beautiful and famous ski-resort 4 Vallées.
To be exact, this unique property is based in the village of La Tzoumaz, directly on the ski-slopes and thus offers ski-in/ski-out during the winter season.
The alpine-chic chalet consists of three floors. The entrance is based on the middle-floor, leading to a spacious wardrobe with integrated ski-shoe storage and heating and a guest toilet. From there, one enters the spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful Swiss Alps. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area completes this floor.
Following the stairs to the top-floor, one finds two alpine-chic bedrooms with huge windows overlooking the town of La Tzoumaz. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom.
The lower floor of the chalet consists of two great size bedrooms of which one with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore there is a SPA area with jacuzzi and a laundry room.
