New-build apartments at the gateway to the Aletsch Arena

MFH Mili is a new residential development in Mörel comprising 22 spacious 4½- and 5½-room apartments. The project combines contemporary living with generous interiors, large balconies and terraces and, above all, an attractive location. The village centre is only a short walk away, while the Mörel–Riederalp cable car provides direct access to the mountain world of the Aletsch Arena.

Location

Mörel sits at the point where everyday life in the Rhone Valley meets the mountains of the Aletsch Arena. Shops, restaurants, schools and public transport are within easy walking distance, as is the cable car to Riederalp.

This creates an appealing combination. Brig and the rest of the Upper Valais remain easily accessible for everyday life, while skiing, hiking and mountain biking are just a cable-car ride away.

Building

The development consists of two buildings with eleven apartments each. Contemporary architecture is combined with extensive use of timber and generous balconies, creating a modern interpretation of Alpine living.

Different 4½- and 5½-room layouts are available, with net living areas ranging from approximately 102 m² to 131 m².

A lift connects the different floors, while private cellar spaces, communal bicycle storage and underground parking provide the practical facilities expected from a modern residential development.

Layout

At the centre of each apartment is a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is plenty of room for a large dining table, comfortable seating and an open kitchen, creating a natural space for everyday life and entertaining.

Depending on the apartment, there are three or four bedrooms, two bathrooms and practical entrance and storage areas.

The generous outdoor spaces are an important part of the project. Most apartments have large balconies, while the ground-floor residences additionally offer private outdoor areas. Selected apartments have more than 200 m² of private exterior space.

The penthouse apartments complete each building and feature particularly generous terraces of up to approximately 89 m².

Interior

Purchasing during the construction phase gives future owners the opportunity to personalise various aspects of their new home. Within the specified budgets, choices can be made for elements such as the kitchen, flooring, wall finishes and parts of the bathroom fittings.

The apartments are designed for comfortable contemporary living, including underfloor heating, generous windows and connections for a private washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoor

Generous outdoor spaces form an integral part of MFH Mili. The balconies extend the living areas and provide space for dining, relaxing and enjoying the surrounding Valais mountain landscape.

Ground-floor apartments benefit from private exterior areas ranging from approximately 27 m² to more than 230 m², depending on the unit.

The penthouse apartments offer another interpretation of outdoor living, with extensive terraces surrounding their spacious interiors.

Use

MFH Mili is particularly suited to buyers looking for a spacious modern home in the Upper Valais. Schools, shops and public transport make Mörel convenient for everyday living, while the immediate connection to Riederalp gives the location a distinctly Alpine character.

The first building is expected to be ready for occupation at the end of 2027, followed by the second building around mid-2028.

Prices

Apartments currently range from CHF 610,000 to CHF 890,000, with a selection of 4½- and 5½-room residences still available in both buildings. Underground parking costs CHF 45,000, or CHF 55,000 with a fully connected EV charging station.
