The backdrop of the building are the Hohfluh and Moosfluh hills and mountains, where a broad network of ski slopes, hike and mountainbike trails can be found in all difficulty levels. Skiing or hiking through the UNESCO world heritage site of the Aletsch Glacier is an absolute privilege.

This exquisite apartment is the jewel on top of the crown, which is the Royal residence. Set over the larger part of the 3^rd floor, this apartment is not only a true ski-in, ski-out apartment, but in summer also golf-in and golf-out. After skiing directly to the building, a lift takes you up to the apartment. The same lift will take you down to the lower floor, where you will find a Spa area, ski storage, golf cart storage and a cellar area. The spa area is composed of a Sauna, Steam Bath, hot stone beds, shower and relaxing room.

Current composition

The apartment currently consists of two separate grand suites, of which one single and the other a double suite. The single suite offers a separate toilet, a bathroom and a combined living and sleeping area. The balcony is approximately 11 square meters.

The double suite two combined sleeping and living areas with en-suite bathrooms. Both suits offer access to two separate balconies. The fusion of the rustic charm of the carpentry works with a contemporary flair is absolutely flawlass. A delight to the eye.
